Education is very important in the effort to achieve useful and developing human beings who can answer the challenges of the times through adequate knowledge and skills in managing an educational institution professionally. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using the talaqqi method of memorizing surah al-asr in Islamic religious learning for grade 2 SDLB. This research is a research with qualitative descriptive analysis approach. In every learning, of course using methods to achieve the desired goals, as well as learning Tahfidz Al-Qur'an, for grade 2 Cerebral Palsy the target that must be memorized is the short chapter 30 chapters (Surah Al-'Asr) but from these targets not all This was achieved due to the limited time and number of children being held, besides that 60% of children from grade 2 Cerebral Palsy still had some children who could not read the Qur'an. However, after using the talaqqi method, children are able to read even though they still need guidance. The results of this study illustrate that the talaqqi method is effectively used in learning tahfidz al-qur'an for children with cerebral palsy grade 2 SDLB in SLBN Cirebon Regency. Recommendations for teachers or other education practitioners who are interested in applying this learning method, so that it is easier for children to memorize the reading of the Qur'an and then consider carefully so that it fits the planned time with the implementation time. For schools, as input for improving teaching about the importance of learning methods that can be adapted to the abilities and needs of children.
