PENERAPAN METODE INDEX CARD MATCH UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA MATA PELAJARAN PAI MATERI HADIST TENTANG MENUNTUT ILMU DI KELAS IX.A

Abstract

Learning is an attempt to acquire a number of knowledge which is carried out through a process of overall behavior change that is oriented towards the environment. Learning in essence distinguishes between before and after learning and is carried out through deliberate activities or practices. In Islam, learning is the obligation of every Muslim to acquire knowledge so as to improve the degree of their life. Learning has a very significant position in achieving the goals of Islamic education, therefore, the application of the right method greatly affects the success in the teaching and learning process. On the other hand, mistakes in applying the method will be fatal. In the hadith material about studying, the student learning outcomes of SMPN 9 Tanjung Jabung Timur are low. This can be seen from the results of the assessment carried out by the  teacher during class IX. A which states that students who score below the Minimum Completeness Criteria. To overcome this problem, try to find a solution to improve the learning outcomes of hadith material about studying by using the index card match strategy.
