PENGARUH KOMPETENSI SUPERVISI AKADEMIK PENGAWAS DAN KOMPETENSI SOSIAL PENGAWAS TERHADAP KINERJA GURU PAI SMP DI KABUPATEN SOLOK SELATAN

Background of the problem from this research is teacher’s performance in establish succesful education, the students’ achievement based on teacher’s performance. It success depend on teacher’s performance. Among factors influence it are supervisor’s in academy and social supervision competence.The aim of this study is to know how big the influence of supervisor’s in academy and social supervision competence in separate and together concerning of PAI Junior High School teacher’s performance in South Solok District.
This study is field research with Quantitatif Approach and Assosiative Method. The population of this researh is all PAI Junior High School teacher in South Solok District as much as 38 persons. This study also uses Total Sampling, so the samples are 38 persons. The data collect by questioners Rating Scale. It also analyze by requirement analyze test and hypothesis test.
The result of this research show that: (1) Supervisor’s in academy supervision competence gives positive and significant effect toward PAI Junior High School teacher’s performance at South Solok District by 0,410 with value tcount=2,359 more than great of ttable=2,021. (2) Supervisor’s in social supervision competence gives positive and significant effect toward PAI Junior High School teacher’s performance at South Solok District by 0,558 with value tcount=2,542 more than great of ttable=2,021. (3) Supervisor’s in academy and social supervision competence in together concerning of PAI Junior High School teacher’s performance at South Solok District by 1,01 with value Fcount=7,451 more than great of Ftable=3,28.
