This research is motivated by the teacher's efforts as an alternative to solving student problems, so teachers use alternative methods to instill Islamic educational values. The aim is to find out the development of an elaboration model for obtaining learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education learning at SMP Negeri 1 Pontianak. Using the classroom action research method (CAR). The results of this study are that: The activities of students during the PAI learning process with aspects of fiqh on the management of corpses with cooperative learning types every one is a teacher here showed a satisfactory improvement. This can be seen from the results of the percentage of students in the first (first) cycle 74.7%, the second cycle meeting increased to 92%. The response of students to the PAI learning process with the fiqh aspect of managing corpses with cooperative learning type every one is a catcher here, shows that students feel happy and easily understand the material applied by the researcher. The learning outcomes of SMP Negeri 1 Pontianak students have increased for the very good category from the final test of the first meeting to 80% on the final test at the second meeting and to 90%.
