PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR PAI MATERI SHALAT SUNNAH MUNFARID DAN BERJAMA`AH MELALUI METODE INDEX CARD MATCH

Abstract

This research is an effort to improve learning achievement of Islamic religious education with the material for praying Sunnah munfarid and congregational prayer with the Index Card Match Method for Class VIII A students of SMP Negeri 5 Pontianak. The main question to be answered through this research is, whether the application of the Index card match method can improve student achievement in PAI subjects purification according to Islamic Shari'ah with the Index Card Match Method for Class VIII A students of SMP Negeri 5 Pontianak? To answer this question, this research uses the Classroom Action Research method.This research includes Classroom Action Research. The research subjects were class VIII A students of SMP Negeri 5 Pontianak in the academic year 2020/2021 totaling 32 students. The implementation technique begins with data collection which includes documentation, tests, and observations and is analyzed descriptively and qualitatively.

The action is followed by the implementation of two cycles/stages. Each action consists of planning, implementing, observing/observing, and reflecting which is carried out with a colleague who helps carry out the research. The results showed that student learning outcomes increased. The results of this study can be concluded that the application of the Index Card Match method can improve PAI learning outcomes for the Sunnah prayers in congregation and munfarid in Class VIII A students of SMP Negeri 5 Pontianak.
