PENERAPAN MODEL MAKE A MATCH PADA MATERI ASMA’UL HUSNA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA

In teaching Islamic Religious Education and Ethics material, teachers often use a lecture method that is more teacher-centered, so that teachers are more active and students are passive. Therefore, improvements were made through Classroom Action
Research (PTK) by using the Make a Match learning model in learning Islamic Religious Education and Ethics to improve student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the improvement of the results of Islamic Religious Education and Ethics
on the subject matter of Asma'ul Husna by using the Make a Match learning model for grade VII-D students of SMP Negeri 14 Balikpapan. The results showed that using the Make a Match learning model can improve the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education and Ethics for class VII-D students of SMP Negeri 14 Balikpapan, this is shown by an increase in student learning outcomes from precyclical conditions, cycle 1, and cycle 2. The results obtained in this study were an increase in the completeness of learning outcomes in each cycle. In the pre-cycle stage, there were only 14 students who had completed their learning or 36.84%, in the first cycle the completion of student learning increased to 57.14%. And in cycle II, further remedial actions and student learning outcomes increased to 31 students who had completed their learning or 85.71%.
