Abstract

This article tries to dissect the educative dimensions of the pilgrimage in terms of monotheism, ethics, morals, and social. The type of research used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Furthermore, the data were analyzed by data reduction techniques, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the pillars of the Hajj are not only a fulfillment of the mechanism and legality of the Shari'a, but have an essential meaning and meaning contained in them, namely educational values, monotheism to unite Allah in His majesty and practice. The values of majesty and practice make a major contribution to its implementation and shape the character of the personality towards an ethical "new man", blessed by Allah SWT. Henceforth, it is hoped that this can be realized in the social and religious life of the environment.
