Abstract

The flow of development in the millennial era is very fast, progress is unavoidable. Humans who survive are humans who are able to keep up with the times. Humans who are able to accept the slightest changes for the betterment of life. Humans who are not able to keep up with the times, will be left behind. Likewise in the world of education, with sophisticated times following its development. The role of women in their contribution to the world of education is very important, without exception women who act as teachers of the Islamic religion. Not a few female Islamic teachers or teachers in schools are in their old age, so that the teaching process often looks monotonous or less attractive. This will cause students to be less interested in Islamic religious subjects and will make assumptions that are boring. With this, the purpose of the learning objectives will not be achieved.
